致命性中线肉芽肿是什么？

　　致死性中线肉芽肿病（lethalmidlinegranuloma）是一种原因不明的面中部组织破坏性非特异性肉芽肿性溃疡，呈慢性进行性，预后不良。1944年由Stewart首先报道。亦称面部恶性肉芽肿（maligantgranulomaoftheface）、进行性致死性肉芽肿（progressivelethalgranuloma）、坏疽性鼻炎（gangrenousrhinitis）。
